Track Excercise or not...

Is it best not to add your cardio in order to get calories deducted...

    Even when you track your exercise, mfp still keeps your 500cal deficate - if your set to lose 1lb per week for example. You should aim to eat bck at least halk your exercise calories - hopt this helps
