Good morning everyone,

Well I have hit that point where enough is enough... tired of being fat, sluggish & lazy. I do remember when I used to weigh less and in shape how good I felt. So energetic. I have never counted calories so this will be a new challenge for me; however, I do know that is the key. I have a good knowledge of good foods vs bad food so that will help me. I look forward to this website, I have read great testimonies.

    Thank you. I am sort of confused about how some of this works. I started my food diary... I have not looked at the exercise tab yet. Any pointers to this site that might help me.
