After my first month on MFP, I have improved so much. I've lost a total of 24 pounds and 11.625 inches. I'm wearing clothes that are a size smaller than what I was when I started!! I am so excited by this! I can't wait to see what month 2 brings!

    that is fantastic progress!! 24 lbs? WOW!! To really put your weight loss into perspective for you. In 1 month, 30 short days, you've lost a 2 year old child. When you think of it that way, WOW right? 24lbs is a great loss. I hope you're really proud & i hope you keep on going girl. You're doing great.
