I use this site all the time! And the good thing is it's REALLY close to MFP's count.0

This site doesn't ask if you are male or female. A major flaw as this can make a big difference.0

Actually no it's not.
For the most accurate calorie estimation you need a calculator that lets you enter, gender, height, age, weight and Vo2max.
This is why HRM's are the most preferred calorie counting method because most do all of that and more.0 -
On MFP I usually take off 100 calories at least when I swim. I really don't do lap swimming it is more your general swim, but the time that I put in, just dose not seem to be the correct calorie count!! Wish there was a truly accurate website that I could go to for calorie counts!!
Love to use MFP for everything else but the calorie counts for there exercise portion just seems to be way off.0 -
