Scroll down on the page, put your weight and how long you did the activity and the site will give you the calorie count. This is such a great tool for the "track exercise" section of your daily diary.

I use this site all the time! And the good thing is it's REALLY close to MFP's count.

This site doesn't ask if you are male or female. A major flaw as this can make a big difference.

    Actually no it's not.

For the most accurate calorie estimation you need a calculator that lets you enter, gender, height, age, weight and Vo2max.

This is why HRM's are the most preferred calorie counting method because most do all of that and more.

On MFP I usually take off 100 calories at least when I swim. I really don't do lap swimming it is more your general swim, but the time that I put in, just dose not seem to be the correct calorie count!! Wish there was a truly accurate website that I could go to for calorie counts!!

Love to use MFP for everything else but the calorie counts for there exercise portion just seems to be way off.
