Cannellini beans are good, infact quite a lot of the beans and pulses are protein rich. I sometimes make a lentil & bean soup in winter which is really filling, comforting & low in calories but good protein.

I'm hearing around the boards that quinoa is good for protein. So are beans, tofu, dairy products, eggs, and fish. :)
  • Greek Yogurt is a really good source of protein I get the plain kind and add some of the hidden valley ranch seasoning packet to it and dip my veggies in it and its awesome taste just like real dip!
  • what about just a protein shake or 2 during the day?
  • nut!
