Pick me ups

I'm super bummed today. I'm working hard, and losing, but I have lost sight of the point.

Here are some of the things I try when I'm down:

-ifeelunmotivated.com
-running (endorphins!)
-going to a depressing movie alone (like Black Swan, OUCH) I know this doesn't sound like it would work, but sometimes I find I gotta get good and sad and roll around in it to let it go. Plus going to movies alone makes me feel independent.
-bubble baths
-immersing myself in a good book
-finishing a project (gotta hang that poster in my bathroom)

Please share your ideas for books/movies/music/activities that motivate or just make you feel good!

    Music! Whenever I'm feeling down I put on some good music (usually music I can dance to) and start dancing. I know it sounds cheesy, but a good beat never fails to get me feeling better.
