Week 2 and still smiling :)

Okay so week 2 is over, and a good result, lost 3lb again, and I feel a lot better for it, I've been to the Gym 4 times this week and swapped some driving for walking (local shops and friends)

I've been under my calories every day but still eating, I've just swapped any kind of treat for fruit. I had 2 days where I nearly caved in but I managed to get through it, I have MFP to thank for that. I only lost 1/2 inch of my tummy but put almost an Inch on my chest, thank you GYM :)

So about to start another week, I'm hoping for a good one again!!
