Hello everyone! My friend inroduced me to this site and I love it so far! I've lost roughly 50 lbs since high school (10 yrs) with yo yo dieting and "quick fixes":( About a year and a half ago I did a complete lifestyle change and have been able to maintain a healthy weight. I really enjoy weight training and putting a healthy twist on recipes. I look forward to everyone's tips and the fact I'll be held accountable for poor choices or slacking off:)
