Logging exercise that isn't in data base.

I been having a dilemma with my exercise logging. I have been using housecleaning for various things I do around the house but I don't consider housecleaning. For example: Today I hand washed my Jeep. It was very vigorous and I also run an Ebay Store where I'm often moving heavy inventory or very active during this time dressing and undressing a mannequin. Does anyone know any way I can gage what kind of calories this burns or should I just log it as housework like I've been doing?

im having same issues, but ive just been using the "aerobics,general" that is in there. I dont know if that will suffice but its better then not logging at all...Good Luck!0

best bet would be to get an HRM. Find out how many calories you did burn and go to the data base and find the closest one that matches.0

I thought I saw a "moving heavy boxes" in the database that might be similar to moving heavy inventory...

These seem like everyday activities so I would not log them.0

If you know how many calories you have burned you can add the exercise to the database.
For example...Insanity is not an option in the database so I use my the calories burned from my HRM and then add the Insanity workout in with the length of time and calories burned.0 -
Well so is housecleaning and its in the data base as exercise. I don't wash my car everyday nor do I move inventory around everyday. Maybe once or twice a week depending on my purchase. So I think I should log them as its hard work and heavy at the same time. I usually don't do any of my regular exercise on these days because its a lot of work.0

It sounds like I need to get an HRM and gage that way. I do use the moving heavy boxes upstairs because that is exactly what I am doing. Thanks for the suggestions folks!0
