Hey all! I am a noob when it comes to lifting xD and would like a bit of advice
I am trying to lean for the best sport ever: RUGBY :]
But i am trying to gain muscle, as I am abnormally low my trainer says... but thats a whole other story
Current schedule:
Monday - Full body Lift
Tuesday - 10k run
Wednesday - 10k run
Thursday - Full Body Lift
Friday - 10k run
Saturday - 10k run
Sunday - Rest (finally)
Is this enough lifting to actually build muscle? Or should I be doing it every 48 hours?
Thanks!

I would put weight training every other day. Like monday wednesday friday. Put the cardio in between.0

Thats what I was thinking as well, but then i dont get a rest day! (aka Homework day) haha
do you think its okay to run my 10 k on saturday and then lift after? I usually get a huge rush after my ri=uns and can lift more
but not with my legs as they are jello after running0 -
i would cut something out. Maybe run further than a 10k on days you feel like you can, push the envelope. If you can run 10k, why not try for more?0

Very true, but since I can now run it straight through I have been working on time. Want to be able to get it down from 59 minutes :] so I like to try and run faster for now xD once I get it to a 55 minute or lower I am going to try for a 15k0
