Oddly mine is fruit.... I am on a high protein low carb diet and not being able to have fruit is the hardest part. Oh, and BREAD too!! ARGH!!0

Bad planning and/or alcohol. Those two lead to really bad decisions. But if it has to be food, its... m.... grilled chicken with potatoes and stuff like that:D or anything my mom cooks!0

CHIPS!! Any kind....I can have some at my house, be at a potluck, have all kinds of wonderful other things that would be there to eat, and I still reach for the chips. And they can be the most boring kind of chip too...still go for 'em!0

Wise Potato Chips.... the smell is unbelievable when I first open the bag....and near to impossible to stop eating, once started.0

White bread, and Mt. Dew. They are my crack. When they are in the house (which is rare), I can't concentrate. I just want to consume them immediately and completely.0

Coke (although I recently switched to cherry cola Diet Rite) or Diet Lime Coke. Also, salt and vinegar kettle cooked chips.0

I wouldn't say it ever sets me back because I don't believe in the dieting/restricive methods. But I pretty much never go a day without it.
At work today someone opened a box of Sanders Chocolate Caramels with Sea Salt...... I grabbed one. Would have been two had there been any left when I went back.

Really portion sizes. I'll say, ooh, I want some wheat crackers, I'll eat one serving... count out my 17 and then I'll keep going... stop, log, and then go, "wow, I really shouldn't have done that." :[0

Ugh... I have too many. But my two biggest are candy (usually chocolate) and potato chips. I just can't stay away.0
