Does anyone know how to make pulled chicken?

    i make it with chicken thighs... for 6 people... cook 3 or 4 hours in a crock pot on high...

    2 chicken thighs
    1/2 container of bbq sauce
    1 onion
    1/2 beer
    bbq seasoning (just eyeball... not too much!)
    garlic powder
    add chicken broth (low/no sodium) or water until the chicken is completely covered
    if you like it sweeter add 2 tbsp of honey

    Slow-Cookin Pulled Chicken (Hungry Girl)

    1.5 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 cup canned tomato sauce
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2tbsp. plus 2 tsp. brown sugar (not packed)
    2tbsp. plus 2 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    Optional: red pepper flakes to taste

    Place all ingredients except chicken in crock pot. Stir. Add chicken and coat with sauce

    Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours OR low 7-8 hours.

    Shred chicken with 2 forks.

    Makes 7 servings
    Per serving (1/2 cup) 149 calories, 1 g fat, 462mg sodium, 10g carbs, <.5g fiber, 9g sugars 22.5g protein
