Do you track your vitamin in your diary?0

yea, its part of my cal, carb, protein, fiber bar. but it's not in mg. so it's confusing when i take my vitamin that tells me mg and this shows percents. i guess i could do the math, just wondering if there was an easier way0

No, I meant, do you input your multivitamin into your food diary? Like as part of a meal?0
