So the weight's coming off, but from where?

This is really weird. I've lost about 3-4 pounds from when I first started. I'm small anyway, 5' 4" and about 128-130 when I first started (I didn't weigh myself that accurately to start, so I put my beginning weight at my first "official" weight of 126, but have lost slightly more than that) so that actually is a decent loss.
My jeans fit a little better these days, the muffin top is definitely getting less, but my waist and hip measurements haven't budged a millimeter.
Where in the heck am I losing the weight from? I'm thinking maybe thighs and lower abdomen, since I didn't measure those, but it's just odd.

You may have lost some "back fat" too. Won't really notice uness you are measuring your bust.0

I lose in my face alot first, boobs too. Pooch seems a tad smaller as well. I never lose from my butt which frustrates me but my hubby is totally fine with ;oP. Maybe take your pic everyweek so you can compare. It's so gradual sometimes it hard to notice the change on our own.0
