    Once it's cooked, but a scoop of protein powder into it to help bring up the protein content. Vanilla works nice with the dried fruit and the cinnamon. Thanks for sharing!

    I do a similar thing, soaking the oats overnight instead of cooking them.

    I put 1 tbsp Quaker oats, 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp water in a bowl and mix it.

    I then leave it in the fridge overnight, and in the morning add some strawberries and some ground almonds.

    approx. 190 calories and 2 grams of fat.

    IT IS SO DELICIOUS! And keeps me full.

    If I add protein powder will it still keep ok in the fridge for 4-5 days?
