Anyone tried the Yoplait 2 Week challenge?

I know it's not really a challenge, it's more of a plan. I'm going to be doing my grocery shopping tomorrow and I want to get some things to do the Yoplait thing for two weeks. I want to know if it has worked with anyone first though.

You eat Yoplait Light yogurt, a fruit, and a grain (like cherrios) for two meals (breakfast and lunch for me) and then a healthy dinner. It also suggest three servings of nonfat dairy.

I just want to know if anyone has done this. I know obviously just diet alone does not help lose weight, but I'm also working out 6 days a week.

    Honestly, I think it's just likee the Special K challenge...anytime you are restricting your calories you'll drop pounds. I know for myself I would get too bored within a couple of days.
