I normally bake my french fries but tonight i lightly fried two batches in 1/2 cup vegtable oil.My question is how do you log that?Does it add more calories? And about how much?

1/2 cup - the amount left after you fried them = what you should log.
i.e. if you started with 4oz of oil in the pan and you had 3oz left after you fried them, then 1 oz is what you should log since that's what was absorbed by the fries. (I used ounces since the amount that the fries actually absorbed if the oil was totally hot when you put them in will probably be more easily measure in ounces or even in tablespoons since it probably wasn't much)0 -
thank you so much!!!0
