Hi all,

Just wanted to share some before and after pictures of my weight loss journey four years ago.....am hoping to get back down to about 130 pounds and hover there, instead of the 140 I'm hovering at now. Not a huge deal at this point in my life, but I would like to lose 10 pounds again.

I was basically overweight my entire life, until the doctor discovered I had an elevated blood sugar level. With a horrible family history of Adult Onset Diabetes, this was the kick in the pants I needed to make a change.

Believe me, if I can do this, YOU CAN TOO!!!!

I obviously can't figure out how to post the pictures, but I think you can copy/paste the address and see them :grumble:
