hey everyone,
I was just wondering if there is any way to speed up your metabolism without using pills? I have a really slow metabolism, which definatly makes it hard to loose weight faster

    Eat your allowed calories and exercise often. My metabolism naturally sped up when I did this.

    read "how to master your metabolism" by jillian michaels. it will show you what you are eating and what it is doing to your metabolism and what you should eat to fix it...and exercise!

    Lift weights! Muscles burns more calories while your body is resting than fat does. :D
