    14 almonds = 98 cals

Filling and healthy. And if I'm really just needing to stave off my oral fixation, I can suck on one for several minutes and it distracts me.

Baby Carrots dipped in salsa! It may sound odd, but is really good and very low cal.

Bowl of progresso chicken noodle soup, chicken and wild rice soup, or chicken rotini soup (1 cup/half a can) is 100 calories. It is filling.

I pouch of starkist tuna salad mix is 100 calories.

Yup. Or a hard boiled egg Both my go-to filler-uppers.
  • If still seriously hungry, a nice plate of steamed veggies with spices and herbs. It's amazing how many veggies a person can eat for 100 calories. :)

    I like:
Jello sugar free/fat free pudding with skim milk and 1 tbsp ff coolwhip= 95
Celery with 2 Laughing Cow wedges; right now I'm enjoying the light onion flavor
Sugar free jello with ff coolwhip
    a hardboiled egg
    100 calorie pack of almonds

I'm watching carbs, so a lot of the low-cal options don't work for me. The only thing I don't like about these treats is that half of them aren't real food...I'm learning about using my calories on what fills me up (a couple of slices of deli ham with some cheddar, a 100 calorie pack of almonds) rather than the "empty" calories I have often eaten when watching my weight.

What are your favorite "real food" snacks under 100 calories?
