Wanting something easy, quick, and low calorie to satisfy my sweet tooth I rooted around in my pantry and fridge to create this awesome low-cal imitation peach cobbler thingy.


1pkg Sugar-Free Maple & Brown Sugar instant oatmeal (100cal)
1-2TB SMUCKERS Sugar-Free Peach Chunk Jam (10cal/TB)
2/3c. warm water.

Cook oatmeal according to package directions with water. Generally this is 2/3c. and microwave for 1:45minutes. Once oatmeal has sucked up the water stir in jam. BAM! You're done.

It's quick and easy and only 110 calories per serving. Feel free to add 1/2tsp of vanilla or almond extract and a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg to enhance your experience.
