  • H, i know a low fat pork and sage burger,

400g mince pork ( i use pork chops, cut of all fat and put in a small blender)
    2 eating apples grated
    1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
    1 red onion
1 red pepper ( i also use a carrot if i have no peppers)
    freshly ground black pepper

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together, mix well. Divide into 4 amd mould into burgers.
Cook burgers under a hot grill for 10-15 mins turning occasionally.

I serve with homemade garlic and herb wedges and a salad.

    Hope you enjoy xxxx
  • Hi a good way to beat the pop craving is fresh juice (or squash if your not using to much) and fizzy water! mmmmm and chocolate is better if you buy darker ( the higher the coco % the better it is) so if you must buy chocolate break it into 2 piece chunks wrap in clingfilm and scatter in different freezer drawers, this way you have got to search to find it, and it will take longer to eat. Cadbury highlights hot chocolate drinks are good as well, they are only 40 calories a sachtet, i treat myself to one or two a week with a few mini marshmallows in(it is under 100 calories)
    Enjoy and goodluck x

Pops something that if you're used to drinking it regularly you may want to phase it out, I tried stopping it cold recently and then gave in one day to have some... a 2L bottle in the course of a day later I decided to still have the occasional pop but certainly cut down the amount of it I drink. So try at least cutting down the amount of pop you drink, working for me right now is having a glass of water or two for each glass of pop I have. The water quenches my thirst far more thoroughly.
