I've been bad with getting my running in lately. It's probably been about a week and a half since I've stepped on the treadmill. But my sister (college basketball player) is home and she's been wanting to go jogging. I told her to make me go because I knew I wouldn't want to later in the day. So we went out and jogged/walked. It's so much harder to jog in the real world than it is to jog on the treadmill. I was only able to jog 12 minutes out of the 25 we were out, but I'm still proud of myself for doing it. I told her she's my trainer and I'll get better with her help  Anyone else getting some jogging in?

Consider yourself the newest member of the MFP Runner's Club. We report in every day & it's been the BIGGEST motivator for me!!

12 minutes is good, probably a mile or more.

    Great job Kels!
I'm trying so hard to do atleast 2 miles everyday but it has gotten hard for me (having 2 kids & a pup). Whenever I hop on the tread, the little one wants to hop on with me and the pup follows.

You should definitely report in at the MFP runner's club. Awesome motivation!
Sorry I haven't been reporting in lately fellow runner's clubbers.
