Im doing well at the moment. Exercising nearly every day and sticking to my calories. My biggest bug bear is the size of my arms. They are officially the size of small Oak Trees, maybe a Horse Chestnut on a good day. I know deep down that the key is just keep at it, but does anyone know of a miracle solution to this? Lumberjacks need not respond!

Is it the size or the shape you don't like. I hated the size and shape of my arms but through hard hard word and clean eating my arm are finally starting to look how I want them to. Don't give up.0

I'd love an answer to this also. I swear that out of my 11 lbs left on my original goal (135). 90% is in my arms. I can feel muscles under there (which seem to have gotten bigger with exercise) but the layer of fat over them makes them very unappealing!
Some days I just want to call a plastic surgeon and ask about arm lipo!0 -
Ok..im no expert on arms...but...I wonder if maybe you have the same problem as me....ive lost 70lb so far....alot from my big ol belly without a doubt..yet when i look in the mirror...all i see is a big ol gut that never seems to change...my wife says im nuts... she says I have the same disease as people who are anorexic..maybe..but i doubt it....has anyone else mentioned how big your arms are?...was it said maybe in a good way...i know my arms although big before i started losing weight...look bigger now because they are toned..and shapely, and people have noticed .....self image is a real bastage and sometimes we are our own worst enemies and critics.

I would say your best bet would be a mixture of clean eating, cardio and weight training. I love doing exercise dvds like the firm which require weights and get you to work your arms. Otherwise i find that i'm unlikely to keep up a routine that really gets me thourhg a variety of moves. I'm not overweight by any means, but i naturally gain weight in my arms and legs, and i realise i'm not going to see a major difference until that layer of fat covering the muscle is gone, because you can't spot train.
AND don't be afraid of using heavy weights. Measly 1 pound weights, i'm sorry but they wont do a thing.0 -

I always thought that Lighter weights with more reps meant leaner muscles? I just seem to have soooo much fat in them, like a baby whale! Do you think if I persist with cardio it will eventually come off?
Thank you for all of your comments guys, I appreciate it xxx0
