Has anyone lost with high carb low protein diet ?

Hey All,

Hope u guys are rocking as always...

I have been following a high protein diet since past few months and saw good results on it... with 45% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat.....but now I feel that body is used to this diet composition.. I need to make big changes in my diet so that my body is shocked again and starts losing again :)

Hence, I m thinking of moving to high carb n low protein diet with a composition like 60% carbs, 25% protein, and 15% fat. Any suggestions on this ? Has anyone seen good results with this diet composition ? Also, it will be great if you can share ur diet plans with me and some good snacks ideas too..
