Me and my mom just bought it. I'll be doing it tonight for the first time. People you have it, do you like it? Is it a good workout?

    i have it and i absolutely love it. the only downfall for me is the belt but i just put the remote in my pocket which works the same way..i look forward to doing it when i get home from work...great investment
