Hello all! I am new to this site. I am hoping it helps encourage me to stick with my goal! I can be distracted easily. :happy: I have recently decided to do a biggest looser thing with my mom and future sister in law. I am so not good at all of this stuff. So, I welcome ANY healthy pointers. I am not going to do any crazy stuff like only eating 2 calories a day. lol. I hope you all find success in your goals!!!

If you don't cheat and record everything you eat and stay within your goals you will lose the weight. If you fall off the wagon don't give up get right back on it the next day.0
