Who has had continued success eating exercise calories?

    I eat them! And I enjoy them:) Sometimes I'm exercising more so I can have more to eat:) There may be times when it just isn't possible (like last night, I ran out of time and had to go to bed) but as long as it's not an every day thing, it's fine. I've been losing pretty much a steady 2 pounds a week since I started in October (aside from a couple weeks of maintaining), so I say Eat Them! :)

    I'd been stuck in an over month long plateau, which I broke through and saw the scale move for the first time in weeks (down 1.2 lbs) after I started eating 2/3 of my exercise calories. I don't eat them all cuz I don't have an HRM so I only have the machine numbers to go off of, which I don't totally trust.

    I gained my weight back when I started eating my exercise calories. Went back to staying under my exercise calories and less than the original recommended and lost my 7 lbs in 3 weeks.
