I am saddend and happy at the same time. I can't explian it. Jack Lalane died today. He was an inspiration to millions. What a tribute to clean living and exercise. Thanks Jack RIP

I understand what you are saying.
We are saddened due to the loss of such an inspirational person, however; he showed us the blue print for healthy living - a lifestyle based on a plant based eating plan and for that he lived a long and healthy life.
