Roanoke VA or surrounding area?

I'm in the Roanoke VA area and i thought maybe we can come up with a support group for the area. In fact maybe this summer we can meet up and have a walk or jog once a week on Saturdays and keep each other motivated. If anyone thinks this is a good idea then hti me up. I'm 29 yrs old, in a commited relationship, I have 2 kids boy and girl and one step daugher. I love to read and just enjoy life. I'm a person who keeps to herself and i love to draw.
