anyone tried gnc total body colon cleanse?

i just started this today, and i was curious if anyone else had tried it, and what results you had? thanks in advance! :)

    I have tried the total body cleanse from gnc, it was very good. I followed the directions ( no processed food, and so on) and lost 12 pounds by then end of the two weeks. I would definately recomend it. :smile:

    And of that lost, did you gain any back?

    Not while I was still on my diet, but after I stopped my diet I gained back some of it.
