man I hate you right now.

Awesome work Shore. I think I'm gonna go look for new running
shoes this weekend. Cuz mine are killing my right foot. That way
I can do something more then a couple of miles without breaking
    down physically!

You rock! Keep posting these workouts, they give me a little motivation
    (I'm way over competetive).

You think you're competitive? You haven't met me yet!

I stopped playing softball when I was a kid because I was too competitive. The time I threw a bat at the umpire (didn't hit him, thank God) and got ejected was a clue that I needed to find some else to do

My hubby stopped playing backgammon with me years ago because I got so mad.

Now, I compete against myself--that's what keeps me going is the drive to beat my times, beat my distance.

Oh, and I do look at how much others on here are doing--like you do--but it also makes me want to do better than others too!

The drive to compete--keeps some of us going, doesn't it?

I feel great--My legs aren't sore at all. I can't believe it! I thought I'd wake up and be unable to move but I feel greeeaaat!

I was even thinking of doing a 20 miles ride today but my hubby suggested I take today off and go tomorrow. He used to ride long distance when he was younger and said you should take an off day after a long ride like I did yesterday. So today, no ride.
