Still sore from Saturdays workout!!

I changed it up bc my upper body strength
I did the same one arm swing but I didnt have a sandbag so I used a 10 lb weight from a machine bc it was easier to hold.
Also I changed the amount of burppes so I started at 10 not 20.

I am stil sore and in a good way :)

    Ugh, I feel ya! Yesterday's workout for me was pretty brutal - but I love the soreness.... makes me feel like I DID something.
