    I have lost 3lbs/ 169lbs started equals .0177% and the other is 3/30 equals .1%
    Yes thats POINT 0177% and POINT 1%e)

    3 / 169 = 0.0177 yes, but to convert a decimal into a fraction you must multiply by 100 :) soooo your % lost is not .1%

    I've lost 21.4% of my body...and am 86% to my goal (which is a little more discouraging than 6 pounds to go, sadly.)

    I've lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks, .1.3 or something a week.. It was lovely. It was easier than I thought.

    I started at 182.2 lbs. Today I am 171.6 lbs. That's a 10.6 lb difference.

    So, 10.6/182.2 = 0.0581

    GRAND TOTAL = 5.81%!!!! Go me!
