Turbo Jam 10 day plan

I know there aren't that many Turbo Jammers on here, but there are a few and I have a question for them..(or anyone else who thinks they can help me! Cause I desperately need it!)
The first set of Turbo videos comes with a 10 day kickstart plan and I've never been able to stick to it because, other than the weird recipes she gives you, I don't know what your allowed to eat. I really wanted to give this a shot because I'm heading to the beach in like two weeks and I was hoping to give my body a shove in the right direction before I have to put on a bathing suit in front of a hundred people! So if anyone has tried this, how did you stick to it and did you eat anything other than what she recommended? She calls it a "clean eating" plan, but what does that really mean...I can eat lettuce and fish? YUCK.. I hate seafood by the way! (Thats the other problem.)
If anyone else has any easy plans that I could try or any advice in general, please please please give me some input!! :flowerforyou:

I haven't tried the "plan", but I have been doing Turbo Jam Hip Hop Abs for a few months off and on, and I love it! The only reason I haven't really stuck to it consequetivly (sp?) is because my daughters keep getting in the way! But the girl I borrowed the dvd's from did it before her wedding and loved it! I think she toned up more than she lost weight, though.0

I'd be happy with either one at this point! lol.. I have almost all the Turbo DVDs and I love all of them, I just can't seem to eat right. The 10 day plan would work, I just can't eat most of the stuff she recommends. Not only does it sound like stuff I would hate, I would have to go buy everything to make 10 suppers because none of it is stuff that I would just have at my house. :noway:0
