Can someone who is on it or has done it please tell me how much it costs for a month. It's probably waaaaaaay out of my budget but I'm just curious! Thanks!

Im not on it but, I have friends who are. If I remember correctly you can lose 20 for $20 and pay for the cost of food which I think depends on what food you choose. Can Jenny and talk to a counselor and they can give you all the info you need over the phone or most of it atleast.0

Ok I never actually did Jenny Craig, but I did look into it at one time. Also, two of my friends HAVE done it. In addition to the membership cost, the "cost of food" ranges from $30-$50 per week. That was about a year ago, so they might have adjusted prices.0

I haven't done it but I know you'll be better off making your own food than doing one of these programs. They don't teach you how to eat well on your own and often have way more sodium than you should consumed. Find a good cookbook or a website online that has good recipes and start making your own healthy foods. Use lots of herbs and spices instead of tons of salt and use fresh, organic vegetables and fruits, whole grains and lean meats.0

Hello,
I'm on JC. They have various prices - depending on what you sign up for but they also have specials all the time so that you can try the food. I'm on the $20 for 20 pound special now and I've lost 16 pounds in eight weeks. They judge that you'll average about a 2 pound loss a week you stay on that program for 10 weeks. For that price you get to go to a center once a week, talk to a counselor, and buy their food. The cost of the food averages me anywhere from 90 to 120 dollars. You choose from a menu. Yes like one of the posts said you can do this yourself by cooking your own food but I needed the structure, food already portioned out for me to kick it into gear. Because 95% of my food pre JC was drive thru - I'm actually spending a little less with JC than on my own. Even when I did cook as it's just me - I was throwing food out as I hate leftovers. Go to their web site - its free - you can also log into their forums and look around. http://www.jennycraig.com/forum/index.php?act=idx
Let me know if you have other questions.

I am currently on Jenny Craig. To start up it cost me roughly around 600, and it is about 150 a week for food. This program works and they are teaching me how to eat on my own. in 3 more pounds I go to mostly eating on my own. Hope this helps0
