What is your split

I found in the past higher protein combined with working out helped me lose weight and have energy. I am changing my split to 40% fat, 40% carbs and 20% fat. Anyone had success with this split? Or would you recommend another split? All I know is higher protein and healthy carbs are all that work for me.
It is my intention to go back to working out 5 days a week since I have fallen off the wagon for about 6 months. I don't remember the split I used to use and I had reset my goals to recommended before I realized what I did.
