Diary of a Compulsive Overeater - Day 52

so yesterday went pretty well... i actually ate some protien, so it was really helping me get my energy levels back up. i went for fast food last night, but honestly it was becasue i was too weak to actually cook anything. here is how the day went:

breakfast:
1 cup cream of wheat
1 cup skim milk
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
2 scambled eggs in 1 tsp of becel

snack:
1 small pudding
1 small apple sauce
1 small yogurt

lunch:
5 chicken fingers
side ceasar salad with no crutons

snack:
1 peaches fruit cup
1 pudding

supper:
1 medium fries
2 jr. bacon cheese burgers (that was a challenge)
1/2 diet pop
5 chicken nuggies
2 small scoops ice cream

snack:
mint aero chocolate bar.

ok ok, so the actual food i ate yesterday was not good, but the fact that i was able to eat it is awesome! i'm so excited! i'm at about 75% recovered, and i feel like i have more energy today... man can not live on pudding alone. he he. although i made some bad choices, i was just trying to get as many calories into me as possible. some of my days this past week i only got 600-700 calories, so that's not so good. here is the plan for today:

1 container of gardennay soup
4 or 5 digestive cookies
1 cup herbal tea
1 peaches fruit cup
1 pudding

snack:
1 small yogurt
1 peaches fruit cup
1 pudding

supper:
1.5 cups chili
1.5 cups basmati rice

so, a good day planned... not going to go for lunch today... i'm trying to be good, although that may fly out the window because there is a big meeting this morning and i know we'll all want the scoop at lunch.. if i go out, i'm probably going to get soup and salad, so we'll see.

i was planning on joining WW tomorrow, but i am going to delay until next week, when hopefully i will be 100%. the core diet has alot of raw food, heart salads, who graines etc. which i can't chew very well right now... not an excuse, but i dont want to waste the 17 bucks if i can't give this week a solid effort.

for the weekend i have relaxation planned, no talking, just plain old recouperation. it will be fantastic! here's to today!
