Hi I am looking forward to using this incredible tool to help me become the best version of myself. I have been at my ideal weight once and it was wonderful. I want to be there again so that I can do all the great outdoor things available to me here in Idaho. People travel great distances to enjoy what I have in my own back yard.
I chose this site because there are gluten free foods in the data base, bar code reader and active user forum.
I am hoping to get some thoughts on exercise issues that have hindered my fitness journey. I have Fibromyalgia, there is a tricky balance on working out...when most people have soreness after exercise it goes a way with time and continued exercise. My soreness never leaves, only gets worse or less but never gone. If I do a big major workout the pain is horrible and I can't function, it takes days to recover. Big calorie burning workouts are not so much an option. The other challenge is when I do something to elevate my heart rate to a productive level my head pounds so hard that I have to stop or slow down. I would love some help on the head pounding issue. I have slowly progressed to being able to ride a bike a 2-3 miles and still walk the next day. However I when I get my heart rate up there I can't keep it there for more than a minute or two.
Any experience or bright ideas to help me?
With appreciation,
Marie
