Hey,
I've been on the site for nearly three weeks, not a new years resolution, just something finally clicked in my brain that said 'sort it out'. I turn 30 this year and want to be the same weight, yet fitter, than when I started my 20's, when I end my 20's! That means I have 3 stone to shift, most of which has gone on in the past couple of years. I weighed *gulp* 210lbs precisely when I started this journey and have lost 4.2lbs in the first two weeks - not reached week 3 weigh in yet. My goal means that if I lost 2lbs a week then I'd reach my goal by mid-June, but my target is actually mid-August - allows some time to plateau!

Loving the site so far, it's really helping me educate myself about making better choices :)

    My birthday is in August too! Awesome on the two week weight loss. I'm sure you'll do great! I've been bumming around the recipe section...some good stuff in there!
