Whole Wheat Berry Pancakes

1C milk
3/4 C whole wheat kernels/berries
2 tsp baking powder
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 eggs
dash of salt

Blend whole wheat and milk in glass blender for 4mins. Add other ingredients and blend for another minute.
Pour on hot griddle (just like you would normally)
Original recipe said it was for 2 hungry people....well, it makes just over 11 pancakes for me (medium sized) and serves 3-4.
Each pancake, roughly 4-5" is 40.88 calories!

don't forget to count the butter and syrup if you use it!
