hola!!

i started excersing and changed my lifestyle in Jan 2009. it has since been one year and i have lost 56 pounds!! 4-5 days a week i was going to the gym and doing all kinds of fun classes!! i need about 35 more to go to be at my actual, long term goal! i need to get out of this plateau!!!! i am focusing harder and hoping to be there soon!!!!!!!!!

good luck to everyone! this is the first time i EVER post anything about my weight, but i feel so motivated by reading everyone's posts!! :D
