Yummy on a cold day - Chicken Rice Soup

Chicken Rice Soup
10 baby carrots - cut into bite size pieces
1 stalk celery - cut into bite size pieces
2 onions - cut into bite size pieces
8 cups Chicken Broth
2 Chicken Breasts - cooked and chopped
2 cups Minute Rice - brown rice (uncooked)

Cook vegetables in Chicken Broth until tender. Add Chicken.
Continue cooking until all flavors blend. Add Minute Rice and
simmer until rice is tender.
