8 cups of water...don't we get most of our water cunsumed in our food:huh:

    8 glasses of water might not be enough ... recently read somewhere that you should drink half your body weight in water ... for example a 200 pound person should drink 100oz of water a day ... UGH!!!!!

    We do consume a lot of our water in our food but while losing weight I tried to drink the 8 glasses besides and apparently it helped:)

    8 cups of water includes tea and coffee. drink a 100ml glass of water before a meal to fill you up and you will not want to pile on the food.
