adding sit ups on app

I started using the app for my phone this weekend and love it! I am trying to record my situps for my exercise diary and it asks for ses, reps per set and weight. I am not using any weight just old fahioned feet propped on the couch crunches/ sit ups. If I put 0 for the weight it does not record any calories lost even with 6 sets of 25 reps! Any suggestions?

  • Sit-ups are calisthenics...try looking that up instead.

I am also trying to also put in both of my sit up and push ups and I only do one set but 40 sit ups.

I just add the total time I do such exercises as either calisthenics or circuit training; or if I do them during/after a lifting session, the time spend on situps/planks/burpees/pushups just get added to the time I record as strength training.
