Over 1000 calories left, no time to eat?

It was an accident, I swear!

Apparently my meals today were more healthy than I realized, because now it's 8pm and I still have 1345 calories remaining to be eaten. As part of my eating healthier I've been not eating anything after 8-9pm as I normally go to bed around 12a-2a, and from what I've read it's not good to eat before bed. Am I being too strict? Are there any small snack-like things I could eat to boost my intake up, even if it's just for the day?

I'm not hungry, but I've been there, done that with starvation mode and don't want to jeopardize the progress I've made so far. Should I add a few snacks even though it's past the hours I normally eat...or just not worry about the calories as long as I feel all right?
