The only thing that has helped me work out every morning is sleeping in my workout clothes and just rolling out of bed and going. Sure, I bump into walls, curse all the way to the gym, and a little on the machines, but after I am done I feel better about myself. So just freaking do it. get out of bed, slip your shoes on and go. Seems simple 'cause it is simple.

    Yep!! Well I bump into the bathroom wall and brush my teeth and then I slip on the clothes. By 4:30 am I'm stepping onto the 3rd treadmill on the 1st row ready to get my burn on!!
