Tracking- Biggest Loser: Power Walk

I have been doing this DVD almost every day since I bought it and I love it... but I'm not sure how to track it on this site... can anyone help? It's 16 minutes long, a mile of power walking. Thanks!

  • I've been doing the Biggest Loser 30 day jumpstart... I purchased a heart rate monitor so that I can track how many calories i burn during the workout, since it doesn't have it in the database. Hope that helps :) good luck!

    Under your exercise tab, you can add cardio and there are walking options with different speeds. If you did 1 mile in 15 minutes then it would be 4 mph. There are options for 3.5 mph and 4 mph

    Oh yes definately still helpful I just did a 15 minute power walk and wondered how to log it.
