Good thing to eat when not hungry

Ok.. I tried to finish my diary for today and I have like 470 calories left to eat. I am not really hungry. What is something that I can eat to fill those few extra calories. I don't want my metabolism slowing down, and nothing ot heavy that will keep me up.

any suggestions? Is it really bad not fulfilling all the calories will one day hurt me?

but gained 400 for working out
