New to MFP

Just thought I would drop in and introduce myself. My name is Stacey. I just started my fitness pal about 2 weeks ago. I have been doing other things and trying to get my weight to where I want it to be. Which is healthy, not skinny, but not where I am now for sure. On November 11 I started training to run my first half marathon which was on Jan 8th. I DID IT!.. in 2 h and 27 minutes. There is no way I would have thought that possible 6 months ago. I still have a ways to go but I am getting there and My Fitness Pal has helped me tremendously!. I like that it is extremely easy to keep track of your calories. When I first started running I actually gained weight but I stuck with it and now it is slowly coming off and I feel good. I hope that I can make many friends here cause the more motivation we get the better we do!. So please add me as a friend and lets help each other get to a healthier happier place!

    Welcome to MFP, and congrats on your progress so far. The website and the apps are great, and there is a lot of info and support to be had here. Keep up the hard work!
